Today I am starting a sure-to-be controversial series on my "Top Ten Favorite Pop Songs of All Time."
I expect to be overwhelmed with hate mails left and right, but........these are my opinions and it's not like we are arguing about euthanasia.
Duran Duran's "Hungry Like the Wolf" starts off our countdown at #10.
I hate to disappoint Wang Chung, Spandau Ballet and Frankie Goes to Hollywood fans, but songs from these groups were considered.
By the way, not all of these songs are from the '80s (though most will be) and not all of them will be in English!
THIS JUST IN: Duran Duran is actually going to be touring North America starting with an April 29 date in Vancouver. They will also be in Seattle (Apr. 30), Los Angeles (May 4) and Denver ( May 12).
They will be here in North Carolina with a performance at the Koka Booth Auditorium on May 21.
