"Zippy the Pinhead," which I discovered in "The Washington Post" is one of my favorite comic strips. Bill Griffith, the man behind the zipper, will be presenting a surprise film at the Speakeasy Cinema on 279 Church Street in New Yok on April 22. "Zippy" is said to be inspired by the classic 1932 Tod Browning film "Freaks."
