Today marks my mother Lila Sullivan's 69th birthday. I took her out to Applebee's for the occasion. It was one of the few places open at 8:30 p.m. She is currently working on the fourth Christmas tree for her house. Perhaps, I know where my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder comes from!

Well, Mondays are very slow in the dining industry, so most places are shuttered. Mostly the chain establishments are what you have to select from.
