Madison, Wisc, the host site where the University of North Carolina Tar Heels and California Bears will play each other in the first round of the NCAA tournament for the third consecutive year is a 17 hour drive from Chapel Hill, NC, and a 34 hour drive from Berkeley, Calif.; nevertheless, it is a 'neutral site.'
